Do you offer any trial memberships or day passes?

We offer a two day trial for classes or a one time open gym trial prior to signing up for a membership. Must be an Orange County resident and show proper identification. We offer day passes that can be purchased in person upon arrival.

How do I book my first class?

Go to our class schedule page, pick the class time you want to attend, and register, please arrive 10 minutes early to meet our staff, and properly get your account completed.

Is there an initiation or enrollment fee?

We have no initiation fee, no annual cleaning fee, and no enrollment fees and no long term contracts!

What should you wear?

A top, bottoms, and close toed shoes.

What should you bring?

Identification for your first visit. We've got you covered with hydration, supplements, even towels for purchase!

What are the gym's hours of operation?

Monday-Thursday: 5 am - 9 pm
Friday: 5 am - 8 pm
Saturday: 6 am - 6 pm
Sunday: Closed

What are the age requirements?

18 and older are permitted. Children ages 13 and older must be with a parent or legal guardian to workout in the open gym or classes.

Can members personally train their own clients?

Personal training is only allowed from Ark Fit staff, our facility does not permit outside trainers using our facility for their own client training.

Is filming allowed?

No, we aim to respect the privacy of others and do not permit any filming, recording, or tripod usage.

Is free parking available?

We have convenient and ample free parking at Ark Fit and it's available surrounding the entire facility.

Do you have guest passes?

We don't have guest passes, but we do offer drop-ins and day passes for those out of town for $30.

Is the recovery room included in my membership?

Recovery room is not included in memberships, but is available for an add on fee.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

We do not allow membership transfers or sharing memberships.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are on a monthly autopay membership, we require a 30-day written notice. Email us at thearkfit@gmail.com or come in person to cancel. Since your last month is paid upon signing up, you will have no future payments due. On prepaid memberships, your membership cancels at the end of your membership date, unless you signed up for auto renewals.
